Meet Rachel
Rachel Tinker is a behavioural science researcher and practitioner with extensive experience in applying psychological principles to real-world settings, specialising in digital wellbeing, ethical and responsible technology and human-centred design.
Her research includes a novel experimental pilot study on problematic smartphone use (manuscript under review with BMC Psychology) and voluntary collaboration on a multi-disciplinary project exploring AI, cognitive autonomy, and decision-making.
Her work is focused on translating insights into practical interventions, with an established career delivering coaching interventions and programs that help individuals and organisations enhance wellbeing, mental health, and develop mindful awareness that increases self-regulation and autonomy.
She holds an MSc in Psychology and is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS).
